- Get a max 7.5W charge for the iPhone 13 and 12 series. To charge at 15W, use an official MagSafe wireless charger. MagSafe-style magnetic alignment is not featured in this charger
- The wireless charger is not compatible with tablets & watches such as Amazon's Fire HD 10 Plus, Apple Watch, and Samsung watches
- Place your phone in the center of the pad for stable charging. Please note that the camera bump from iPhone 14 Pro / 13 Pro will not affect charging
- Cases made of metal & attachments such as magnets, cards, and grips will interfere with charging—including OtterBox defender cases
